Delivery

We aim to despatch orders quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. 

Orders are sent by Courier, Royal mail or Parcelforce.

Orders placed by 4pm, we aim to process the same day and dispatch on the next business day.
Orders placed after 4pm, as well as orders placed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, will be processed the following business day and dispatched the business day after. 
If there is a delay in your order because of a stock issue, we will notify you. 

Your order will be processed in British pounds (GBP) and then converted into your local currency by your card issuer at their current exchange rate.

During the checkout process, you will be given a choice of how your items are delivered:

1. Super Saver Delivery: delivery 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
(Second Class Post for small parcels or Courier for bigger parcels)

Orders up to £19.99 - P & P - £2.75
Orders £20 - £29.99 - P & P - £3.49
Orders £30 & over - FREE DELIVERY

2. First Class Delivery: delivery 1 to 2 business days after dispatch
(First Class Post or other Carrier)

Note:

Every effort is made to ensure that the estimated delivery charge at the time of ordering is as accurate as possible, however, there may be times when it is necessary to amend these charges before delivery. If this is the case we will contact you and inform you of the new charge.

Delivery Addresses:

Make sure your full delivery address is entered correctly, including the correct postcode.
Royal Mail will only consider compensation for items lost when the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.
