Look & Feel Good Naturally

100% Organic New Zealand Green Barley grass powder, - a 'living food'.

Now in a handy 100% recycled & biodegradable container.

Green Barley is a 'superfood', packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids and most importantly,'live' enzymes including superoxide dismutase.

Dr Yoshihide Hagiwara spent ten years researching green foods and finally found green barley to be superior to all others.

For more info. SEE our NEWS PAGE

DIRECTIONS:
Green barley powder may be mixed with water, your favourite juice, milk or yogurt or sprinkled on cereal. Start with half a teaspoon of green barley every day, after one week increase to one teaspoon. This can be gradually increased to two or more teaspoons a day over a four - six week period. This will minimize any detoxification symptoms you may experience when you first introduce your body to this powerful food. If you do experience any detox reactions such as headaches or aching muscles halve your dose and ensure that you drink at least 2L of pure water a day.
